A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our global team of specialists designing a variety of bridge projects.
Your primary task in our team will be to assist a highly professional team that provides consulting, project management, and detailed engineering expertise on numerous bridge projects.
A typical workday as a Student Assistant will involve:
• Support our specialists with project execution work such as design calculations and analyses following applicable design codes
• Support the deliverables such as design reports, drawings, and other technical documents
• Work collaboratively with CAD technicians and prepare engineering sketches
• Support project managers with various planning tasks
• Use and/or cocreate tools for design calculations

Furthermore, you should have:
- A curious mindset that is eager to learn and develop and is likewise not afraid being giving challenging tasks in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Have entered the final years of a master's degree in civil engineering or similar engineering education with curiosity for transportation projects
- Structural understanding particularly within design of concrete and/or steel structures
- Interest in Finite element modelling (Abaqus, SoFiSTiK, Fagus, Robot or similar)
