COWI Global Advisory provides project management support, financial and economic analyses as well as policy studies to international organisations and financing institutions within the sectors of green transition, environment, energy, transport, and climate action. A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with colleagues within the field of International Financial Institutions Studies and investment implementation.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Support COWI Project Manager in project administration tasks, such as document control, project progress reporting and controlling
  • Performing ad hoc tasks. Examples of tasks could be:
  • Collecting and checking compliance of timesheets and invoices
  • Participating in meetings, preparing meeting notes and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions
  • Assisting in preparation of presentations
  • Organizing online document filing structure
  • Acting as an IT coordinator and super-user within Microsoft Office, Teams, etc. for external experts located internationally

To succeed in this position, we believe that you:

  • Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Have experience with digital communication
  • Are currently studying a degree programme (BSc or MSc) in Engineering, Economics, Business IT, Business Administration or similar.

Working hours for the position will be approx. 15 - 20 hours. We are flexible and also expect flexibility from your side. We understand that you might need time off during exam periods but would appreciate your flexibility outside such periods;

We also encourage you to apply if you are considering doing an internship during the fall-semester.

You will be joining a department with more than 10 student assistants from different universities that often socialize outside work and at the great COWI Friday bars.
