You will be part of a department consisting of 12 of highly professional and passionate people who believe that collaboration and co-creation leads to creative and longstanding solutions. EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS

In your role as Lead of Global Talent Management you contribute actively in shaping the Talent Management ambition for COWI globally. Developing talent management in COWI is a core element in succeeding with our new growth strategy FUTURE NOW and we need you to set the direction for this. This means building a strong pipeline of talents within strategic core competences, female talents etc. and that this is done in alignment with our new leadership model. We are on a journey to digitalize talent processes and to redefine the approach, processes and framework related to talent management in cooperation with your colleagues in HR and the business ensuring implementation and transparency about this. Furthermore you:

  • Set the global agenda for talent management incl. level of ambition and approach
  • Take an orchestrating role towards talent – framework and tools to accelerate organizational capabilities and individual talent and potential for example in succession planning and talent reviews and ensure quality in both process and outcomes
  • Facilitate and support talent management related activities and follow up in close partnership with HR KAMs
  • Ensuring that the global talent framework is operationalized throughout COWI (process descriptions, training, communication…)
  • Create and ensure alignment towards COWI strategy and values
  • Ensure a clear link between our Future Now strategy and development of the right capabilities
  • Partner with HR BPs on talent strengths and potential to develop strategic initiatives, address gaps and co-create solutions
  • Communicate and perform counselling based on data analytics to key stakeholders

As you will be the go-to expert within Talent Management, it is important that you continuously stay up-to-date with global best practices within the field. This means improving HR deliveries to the organisation and engaging with HR experts both within and outside the organisation. You will be part of the team working with Learning & Development, Diversity and Talent Management, and also part of a community with representatives from the business working with Talent Management.

You are passionate about HR, and you have a global and collaborative mindset, enabling you to develop and implementing HR strategies to best suit the business. In your previous work, you have gained experience in implementing organisational changes in global companies, by effective influencing of stakeholders to achieve great solutions and you have a broad understanding of the complexities and challenges in the process. It keeps you motivated to drive and execute projects to completion. You have:

  • Strategic HR business and talent management experience
  • Proven record of leading work across business units / geographies
  • Ability to lead teams and work in a global and virtual environment
  • Strong business understanding and acumen
  • Ability to effectively manage ambiguity
  • Mastering communication and analytical skills in a combination
  • Pragmatism and the ability to make things simple and relevant
  • Execution capabilities and drive
  • Besides your personal competencies, we imagine the right candidate has
  • A relevant Master degree or relevant qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Talent Management subject matter expertise
  • Experience leading teams and work in virtual environments
  • Global mindset / International experience
  • Advisory and consulting skills
  • A desire to impact and collaborate in a professional HR environment
