Senior Project Quality Professional Do you like to work in an exciting project environment? Do you want to be a part of initiatives where quality is a priority? The position The Project Quality Professional will be responsible for the implementation of project quality processes in all aspects. We are looking for someone with QC knowledge, who can take the lead. Although the role will be situated in Denmark, it will integrate with the document management organizations at our site projects in France, Brazil, China and the US. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementation of project quality processes for the Fill & Finish Expansions Project
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate project quality strategy.
  • Develop validation planning documents (PQMP, VPL) in close collaboration with a group of cross functional stakeholders.
  • Communication with local QC counterparts around the world.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should:
  • Have a relevant academic education, such as production, chemical or process engineering, pharmacy, biology, microbiology, or equivalent.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the QC area on a level where you can inform strategy within the area.
  • Have validation experience.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English, both in written and spoken form. They should be known for their excellent collaboration skills and have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidate should enjoy new challenges and be eager to learn new things. About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
