As a Senior Manager for Business Finance, you will lead a team of approximately 4 – 6 high skilled Finance Partners and Project Manages. You will report and collaborate closely with the Finance Director.
Your responsibilities include: Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis process for the CAPEX portfolio. Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies and initiatives. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. Demonstrate some leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams of 4-6 individuals, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus. About the department
