We are looking for a skilled technical developer to join our team, Future Standards PMO within the Fill Finish Expansions program! The position
In this role, you will work with dedicated colleagues to develop digital solutions, handle and mature project controls data, and build reporting solutions for our stakeholders. You will in general be responsible for the technical support in the creation of sustainable and long-term digital solutions within the FFEx Future Standards PMO.
More precisely your area of responsibility will cover:
• Technical Development
Develop and maintain digital solutions, which is why it is an advantage if you have previous experience with developing reporting dashboards, processing data, and automation. • Database Management
Design, implement, and manage database processes and systems, ensuring data integrity and security. • Data Analysis
Interpret data and provide insights using data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, along with data transformation in Alteryx. • Project Management support
Collaborate with the project management and controlling teams to support the development of sustainable IT-solutions knitted for specific project and reporting needs. Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
• An academic background within Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar to support in creating a solid foundation for project controls data.
• 1-2 years of experience from a similar position.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in one or more coding languages, such as Python, R, Java, or C++. Good database management abilities such as Microsoft Fabrics, Amazon AWS and similar. Advanced data engineering and transformation capabilities using the Alteryx tool. Extensive knowledge to the Power Platform, Power BI, and Excel.
• Business Analysis Skills: Proven experience in business analysis, including preparing relevant documents and performing data analysis. High attention to detail to ensure high accuracy and completeness of work. • Strong Communication skills: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical information by being able to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business language and vice versa. In addition, you must have outstanding English skills in both writing and speaking. In addition to the above, we highly value a candidate that can adjust to changes, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have a critical yet initiative mindset.
