The Position As a Project Manager in Operational Readiness, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating the development of global process flow standards.

  • Maintaining the list of open items and providing overviews on open items status.

  • Maintaining and continuously improving the process flows documentation throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Conducting data analysis on most common deviations and failures.

  • Supporting failure mode analysis on the process.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders in driving the process flows to operational readiness.

  • Qualifications We are open to graduates or candidates with 2-3 years of experience in pharma, production or other regulated industries. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • An academic degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, any Business-related bachelor field, or any other relevant field combined with a passion for engaging with larger groups in the role of facilitator.

  • Experience working within aseptic manufacturing (within Pharma), preferably on shopfloor.

  • Experience with the lean principles and tools will be highly advantageous.

  • Knowledge of different technical languages (IT, Process, quality) or being agile and open to learn.

  • Experience with collaborative tools (Miro, Visio) will be an advantage.

  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • On a personal level you are empathic, motivating and can easily connect with people at all levels of the organization as you see yourself as a team player with great ability to build strong working relations and take charge of a group. You can expect a position where good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication in alignment with other areas to a broad set of stakeholders at all organizational levels. Besides, you are structured, organized, and have a keen eye for holistic overviews. About the Department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.  Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply (PS) to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our Fill & Finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. You will be anchored in the Supply Chain and Operational Readiness department, within the design for operations track, building the foundation for the future operations, supporting the ambitious targets of standardization, 0 paper and full IT integration, and being part of the creation of the future organization.
