To further establish COWI as a customer-centric company, we are looking for a Market Director to join the Water and Environment team in Denmark. You will report directly to the Senior Market Director, Water and Environment, Henrik Olsen, and be an integral part of the business development team in Water and Environment. As our new Market Director, you will be responsible for proactively developing customer and partner relationships for COWI's Water and Environment market in Denmark.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver measurable results through direct customer meetings,
- Ensure early identification of leads and right partners to tender with,
- Act as key account manager for selected customers,
- Lead other “Go-No-Go" decisions and lead or support proposal activities within Water and Environment,
- Ensure a high quality of proposals from strong value propositions,
- Ensure pricing and commercial conditions of proposals in dialogue with relevant stakeholders,

- Relevant business development and leadership experience,
- Solid customer experience related to direct meetings,
- Solid experience in developing and implementing business development strategies that ensure revenue and growth,
- Experience developing major proposals and market initiatives within consulting or engineering,
- Experience within areas such as working or industrial environment, soil pollution, environmental due diligence, waste, or groundwater.
