We are currently looking for a senior digital channel specialist who will work together with our content creators and lead the overall maintenance and development of our digital presence. You will be part of our Group Communication and Branding team, comprised of skilled and creative communication specialists within PR, public affairs, corporate and employer branding, internal communication, events and video production.

We are currently looking for a senior digital channel specialist who will work together with our content creators and lead the overall maintenance and development of our digital presence. You will be part of our Group Communication and Branding team, comprised of skilled and creative communication specialists within PR, public affairs, corporate and employer branding, internal communication, events and video production.

Furthermore, as part of your day-to-day tasks, you will:
- Develop and delivering on a digital channel strategy to support our business goals and secure synergies across platforms.
- Manage online advertising and collaboration with vendors and agencies.
- Collaborate with editors and optimize content flows, governance and collaboration across business lines.
- Create engaging digital content in line with our projects, customers, strategy and values.
- Lead campaigns for web and social media channels in collaboration with teammates and colleagues in the business.
- Ensure employee advocacy efforts including training of leaders and key spokespersons.

On top of that, you have:
- More than 7 years of experience as digital channels specialist, preferably including a similar role in an international company or organization.
- Hands-on experience with planning and execution of digital campaigns, including working in LinkedIn and Meta campaign managers.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment campaigns. A natural creative content developer.
- Proven history with management of Web CMS (preferably Umbraco), SoMe platforms and supporting tools such as Google Analytics – some technical knowledge is desirable.
- Comprehensive verbal and written communication in English (speaking and writing) with Danish being an asset.
