The position

By leading with purpose and supporting the execution of our Sustainability and Health & Safety strategy, you’ll enable your team to thrive while helping us achieve ambitious goals and maintain our “license to operate.” Main responsibilities will include to:
• Inspire and empower your team by creating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where people feel encouraged to innovate, collaborate, and grow
• Support the implementation of strategic sustainability and Health & Safety pro-jects across Emerging Technologies (ET) and Development Product Portfolio (DPP), ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious goals
• Continuously enhance Health & Safety practices, ensuring we maintain a solid foundation for sustainable operations
• Assist identifying opportunities for improvement and implement creative solu-tions to advance our sustainability and safety practices
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to champion sustainability and H&S initiatives, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and measura-ble results Our department is highly motivated, and this position offers you a unique opportunity to use and strengthen your leadership skills. The ideal candidate has the ability to think out of the box and can come up with solu-tions and suggestions that comply with quality requirements. To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a master’s degree in business related subjects
• Have a minimum of 1-3-year work experience from a leadership position
• Preferably have project management work experience
• Preferably have experience with Environmental Social Governance and/or HS
• Are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills On a personal level, you bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. You excel at turning strategies into actionable goals, prioritizing effectively, and navigating com-plex challenges with confidence and empathy.
About the department
DPP & ET is anchored in Product Supply Quality and IT, which globally address 32,500 employees. In ET we are approximately 2,700 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK) & Taastrup (DK) but also in Durham (US), Athlone (IR), Petersburg (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc. You will be leading the Sustainability & Safety team, part of the “Sustainability & Op-eration Excellence” department based in Taastrup. Our main responsibility to drive change towards zero environmental impact, ensuring that we execute according to the strategic direction and targets. We monitor progress towards 2030, identify gaps, and analyse implications and opportunities. The Safety part of the team is responsible for setting and driving the HS strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and overseeing the implementation of HS programs across the or-ganization.
