The task
Our clients are Enterprise companies based in the NORDICS and DACH, and more are being added from around the world. That is why we are looking for a new colleague in our fantastic Consultant Team who will help analyze and customize our clients’ current solution into their desired setup. This also includes the facilitation of workshops and to train our clients in the use of their service solutions based on our best practices.(It is possible to work remotely in this position)
You
First of all, in the role as a Solution Consultant, you can establish yourself as an expert.
You have good communication skills and you are able to listen, and you know how and when you should ask the right questions. Furthermore, you are proactive and have a continuous improvement mindset.
We are working with a wide range of different clients from different industries and from different cultures. Therefore, it is important to have the ability to understand the clients’ businesses and the related challenges.

A structured way of working
- You are able to manage and organize your own tasks,
- You can keep track of progress and deliverables, and
- You are used to working in an agile way
A combined technical and business understanding where you can
- Understand customers’ needs, goals, and strategies,
- Identify workflows that can be transferred into a technical setup,
- See and define the values of a solution for the customer,
- Think and see solutions,
- Visualize business or technical flows etc., and
- Facilitate customer workshops (remote or in person)
Language:
- English, Danish, and German on a business level.
Nice to have:
- Experience with customer service ecosystems like Zendesk,
- Freshdesk, Salesforce, Service Now or similar
- Experience with using Google Workspace (docs, sheets etc.)
- Experience from Sales, e.g. scoping process of projects, will be an advantage
