We are searching for a Storytelling Producer to identify and produce storytelling with regards to the mission of Kompan - to help our customers build healthier and happier communities.
You would join a team of 15 colleagues: journalist, videographer, photographer, product managers, marketing communication managers, graphic designers and 3D specialists. Professional differences that provide a unique synergy and capabilities.
Help create our stories
You would work closely with our storyteller and help identify stories, produce them in the form of video, picture and text in a collaboration with the storytelling/marketing team.
Furthermore, your role would include to:
The platforms of communication for the storytelling are diverse; web, social media, newsletters, catalogues, etc. You have the ability to understand what a good story for Kompan is and to pick up stories across Kompan.
Excellent project management skills
You are strong at researching stories and storyboarding the messages. You can organise the scenes, the people, the crew and then edit the story in Premier Pro or similar.
Furthermore, you contribute with:
You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Your background could be in journalism, communication, content creation, etc.

- Help identify and research stories for the branding of Kompan
- Produce stories in motion picture; including organising the scene, recruiting people in the film, organising the film crew, editing and all production elements
- Produce stories in text (short ones for social media and longer ones for web and press releases)
- Cooperate with news media to bring some of our stories, e.g. Web, TV and newspapers and be part of developing the product launches and conduct training of the organisation

- Strong at the written word
- Ability to orchestrate a scene for a photoshoot that supports a certain story
- Creative yet structured in your work with a large global marketing team
- Able to be flexible in terms of location of the story across the world
- A hands-on approach, a good listener and open for ideas
