We are searching for a 3D Designer for CGI images, VR, and animations for our International Sales Team, which is managed from Odense, but has employees in Spain, Dubai, Chile, etc. This position is based at our HQ in Odense, Denmark. Together with our customers and agents, we design and visualize large playgrounds and outdoor fitness areas for many different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
The Design and Visualization Team in the International Sales Team consists of a team of three 3D designers & visualizers who work in a total team of 10 CGI experts. Four of these ensure that hardware, software, 3D props and knowledge are state of the art for the entire Kompan designers and visualizers around the world. We are firm believers in teamwork and knowledge exchange in the pursue of state-of-the-art visuals.

Key role and responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities will include to:
- be key player in the development of the outdoor play and fitness solution and responsible for the full production workflow of the visuals
- assists our colleagues in sales and agents in visually formulating the best solution for our customers, users and the environment by bringing creativity to the design of the site. For example, providing insights into what makes an area fun and accessible to a wide audience
- drive the creation of a 2D site plan based on our existing products, customized products and third-party products as well as landscaping
- bring our playground or outdoor fitness area to life using the very latest in visualization software. This process assists our customers to visualize their goals and plan for their playground, using CGI images as well as VR visualization and animations on larger projects. Often, these visuals help entire communities rally around a cause and are used as the basis for fundraising campaigns.

Your background and contribution
As a person you contribute with:
- An educational background in CGI or architecture, landscape architecture, industrial designer, interior design, etc. However, we recognize that some amazing visualizers are entirely self-taught
- Excellent command of 3D software (3dsMax is preferred, alternatively Maya, etc., and then we will teach you 3dsMax)
- Excellent command of Photoshop with a side of Illustrator and/or InDesign
- AutoCAD command is needed, alternatively Rhino, Revitt, etc., and then we will teach you AutoCAD
- A team-worker who gets energy from driving and contributing with your part of the project
- Self-propelled and liking a fast pace to support the customers’ wishes
- A good level of English in that Kompan happily hire people that may not be native Danish speakers
