Then seize this opportunity and apply to join the Business Finance & Analytics team in our North-West-European (NWE) Regional office.The position As a Senior Business Finance Manager you will play key role in the business finance and analytics team to ensure well-managed top-line growth and sound financial management across Region NWE. You will ensure that business performance is continuously correctly recorded/ monitored and needed mitigations to reallocate products, manage the sales and OP obligations are proactively brought to management decision. Throughout your tasks, you will demonstrate focus on understanding the business, creating value and ensuring financial accuracy. Your main responsibilities will include to: Serve as EA to our F&O CVP, owning of cross functional F&O projects, supporting on the mid-term NWE F&O strategy, and ensuring that F&O perspectives are reflected in commercial and P&O processes
Support cross-portfolio insights and projects from a BFA perspective by acting as Finance Business Partner to the cross-portfolio commercial team and the Region NWE Supply Chain Team
Support Strong financial management, planning and reporting processes by participating and driving the budget processes for Region NWE
Be responsible for the business finance GBS team ensuring a long-term sustainable and well-integrated set-up in GBS for the regional team and region NWE Business Finance as a whole
Act as graduate manager for all IO Finance Graduates rotating through the team
Qualifications As a successful candidate you a have strong analytical skills- qualitative and quantitative- as well as a “get things done” attitude both via formal and informal channels demonstrated by a track record of successful business results. You are team oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders through strong communication and presentation skills.Moreover, you meet the following requirements: Master's degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics
5+ years of relevant work experience
Good cross-sectional knowledge of Sales, finance, marketing, business development and market access
Strong finance analytical skills either from finance or business analyst role.
Strong project management toolbox
Advance Excel/PowerPoint and general IT skills
Proficiency level in both written and spoken English
