Apply now and become part of a life-changing career. About the Position As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be part of the Design Hub based at ’s new location in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, conduct, and communicate user research insights to support digital initiatives across internal digital solutions. Your work will ensure a user-centric approach to solving business challenges and improving our employee experience when working with digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX research in digital projects, focusing on Novo Nordisk employees as end users. Plan, drive, and conduct research to address user pain points and challenges effectively. Challenge the status quo and advocate for a user-centered design approach. Define research problems and identify opportunities within digital solutions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to validate digitalization ideas from stakeholders. Build empathy with users by creating personas, user journeys, and other key artifacts. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing product development with research-driven insights. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Master’s degree in a relevant field related to human behaviour research. 3+ years of experience in UX research. Expertise in planning, conducting, analysing, and presenting research findings. Strong background in qualitative research methodologies. Ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations for product teams. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). On a personal note, we are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and driven by user empathy. You have a strong ability to challenge the status quo, spot new opportunities, and work in a structured and organized manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with developers, management, product owners, and business analysts to drive impactful change. About the Department You will join the Design Hub, which is located within Data Digital and IT (DD&IT) Digital Products & Software Engineering - new area in Ørestad, Copenhagen. We are a team of 63+ digital design thinkers collaborating with specialists in Novo Nordisk. Our work spans multiple SVP areas, supporting the entire global value chain of . The UX Research & Design department consists of 25 colleagues across three competence groups: UX Research, Service Design, Techno Anthropology and UX Design. Our team is responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solutions for Novo Nordisk. We focus on best practices in UX research, design, and digital consulting, ensuring that user needs are at the center of all our digital transformation initiatives.
