For our project, which is Northern Europe’s biggest construction project resulting in the longest immersed tunnel in the world, we are looking for a Facility Manager for our production site in Rødbyhavn.
As a Facility Manager you will be a key person in a very versatile position, where you will run several tasks simultaneously. In addition to the daily operation, service and maintenance of FLC buildings and outside areas will be part of this role.
Who is FLC?
Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.
Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Main responsibilities (but not limited to):
Qualifications:
Ideally you have a craftmanship background, possibly supplemented with a building construction background.
We expect you to be serviceminded, speak English as well as we are a global company and be a teamplayer as you will engage with many stakeholders, both internal and external.
You have proficient English skills as you will be part of an international company. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
To ensure success, the candidate will need to be flexible, well organised and self-motivated.
As a person you are friendly and service oriented, a genuine team player. You have a 'can do' attitude and remain positive and resilient under pressure.
Conditions of employment:
FLC considers transparent management structures, short decision-making channels, and a team-oriented environment to be extremely important. Our staff is expected to set themselves targets, achieve them independently, and take responsibility for their actions – irrespective of their position in the company.
The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

- Manage the Facility Management team.
- Prepare a plan of all the facilities at PFA, Village and outside areas.
- Maintenance of the Village, Site Offices, Site Buildings.
- Maintenance of the Workshop, storage areas, etc.
- Maintenance of green areas.
- Housing / Accommodation gardening, maintenance, repairs.
- Winter precautions/cleaning (roads, stairs)
- Inspections to be done regularly.
- Management of our Services Providers / Subcontractors, i.e. control their performance, timesheet, sign documentation and invoice control.
