We are currently seeking for an experienced and insightful Civil Engineer or Contracts Executive with a taste for contracts Management to participate in the process of technical amendments to the Design & Build Contracts.About us
FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract. Within the FLC organization many processes must be followed and to be fulfilled within different central departments established in the overhead organization.

Main tasks:
- Participate in the process of technical amendments to the Design & Build Contract
- Treat variations / instructions, from the Owner
- Treat variations / instructions, to the Consultant
- Draft contractual letters
- Review claims
Minimum job requirements:
- Education as a civil engineer or contracts executive.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience with Contract Management and the Construction field.
- Fluent in English spoken as well as written.
Personal qualities:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written at all organizational levels
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
