We are looking for a CSR, diversity & inclusion partner ready to share and grow
In the position, you will join People & Communications in BEC, which in total counts for approx. fifty highly skilled employees based in Roskilde and Warsaw with expert knowledge and capabilities within the HR and Communication areas required in an international FinTech company. You will be based at our office in Roskilde and be part of the Talent & Workforce team. You will report to the area director for Talent & Workforce.

We are looking for a colleague with the experience, eagerness, ambitions, and capabilities to develop, drive and implement our focus on sustainability in BEC – both within the environmental, social, and economic areas. Our corporate strategy serves as a launching pad for our CSR strategy focusing on these three areas of sustainability:

  • Improve our environmental footprint as an operating corporation
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and social equity in BEC and our communities
  • Ensure a stable financial infrastructure for the Danish society

In the past year, we have stepped up on our diversity & inclusion agenda. You will be responsible for harvesting the groundwork's fruits and further developing and implementing initiatives related to this field, meeting both current and long-term expectations from society, customers, and employees.

Primary task and responsibilities
To unfold and drive the CSR strategy to the next level, you will involve a wide range of relevant stakeholders in Denmark and Poland and be responsible for the full CSR agenda and related initiatives from ideation to implementation and set into operation in the business.

In the position, you will collaborate with colleagues across the business and stakeholders outside BEC. In your day-to-day work, you will be working closely with your colleagues in People & Communications and other staff functions in Denmark and Poland, as well as the Executive Team in BEC. Hence, your stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure accountability, close collaboration, and co-creation on the projects and initiatives.

Your tasks and responsibilities will among others include:

  • Overall responsible for shaping, executing, and driving the CSR strategy in BEC
  • Maintain and implement the CSR policy and CSR strategy in cooperation with stakeholders across BEC
  • Ensure alignment of the strategy, projects, and initiatives to the BEC business strategy
  • Connect BEC’s CSR strategy and areas within this to relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Responsible for CSR reporting
  • Establish and follow-up on relevant KPIs to track progress and adjust initiatives to support the CSR agenda
  • Project manage and drive CSR initiatives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and manage deliverables from internal and external stakeholders in accordance to plan
  • Prepare internal and external CSR communication in cooperation with Communications
  • Analyze and establish initiatives to support a sense of belonging, bringing all employee strengths forward and creating a space to grow
  • Provide advice to People & Communications stakeholders, Executive Team and managers on inclusiveness and framing the narrative on diversity & inclusion through coaching and awareness on specific diversity factors and inclusive behavior
  • Creating, measuring, and forecasting both diversity and inclusion analytics, and reporting to track progress towards ambitions
  • Handle collaborations with external vendors


We are looking for you who can take CSR, diversity & inclusion to the next level
The colleague we are looking for has a relevant educational background at master’s level and some years of relevant experience working within CSR, diversity, and inclusion – preferably in the financial sector, an IT company, or a consultancy.

Ideally, we are looking for you who:

  • Carry a business-driven approach and a passion for developing an ambitious and effective CSR strategy taking the business strategy as the starting point
  • Have the capabilities of working strategically within the different areas of sustainability as part of CSR, but also thrive with hands-on tasks and responsibilities managing projects and coordinating initiatives
  • Can further build and drive a substantial diversity & inclusion strategy aligned to evolving and changing business needs
  • Possess a sharp data mindset and can set and use data as a driver for change in a business
  • Have experience establishing KPIs and evaluating the effect of CSR initiatives
  • Have a solid track record of putting sustainability on the agenda in a business and ensuring awareness and buy-in from the organization at both Executive Team level as well as employee level to create engagement
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level, both in writing and orally. It is an advantage if you also master the Danish language.
