We are developing and have a great focus on providing value-creating and targeted IT service and support to both Kamstrup’s employees and customers worldwide. Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced Adaption Manager for our Core IT Service team.
With a direct reference to our Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of our Core IT Service department, which operates a broad range of cross-functional IT platforms for our employees worldwide. You will become a part of an energetic and competent team consisting of 25 colleagues, who work on ensuring the best match between our IT solutions and the need of an international organization. In the role as Adoption Manager you will become the department’s specialist within the functionality of the Office 365 suite. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to make sure that the features are used optimally at virtual meetings etc.
A job with focus on implementing IT-tools for virtual collaborations
In the newly established position as Adoption Manager, you will help to ensure that all employees are using virtual tools, meeting forms and collaboration opportunities most optimally. In connection to that, you will participate in the strategic development of the organization’s “Virtual Mindset” and contribute with advise and inspiration based on your solid IT experience with the Office 365.
You will work within a field primarily consisting of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 technologies.
More specific you tasks will be:
• Ensuring that Kamstrup is updated in the technological possibilities within virtual and collaboration tools
• To train end users in the virtual tools
• To build a super-user organization within virtual tools, that will ensure that all Kamstrup’s employees have the knowledge to use virtual tools
Personality matters
You have worked in a similar position and have several years of documented experience in planning and carry out systematic competence development of super users and end users. You possess strong communicative skills, that enable you to translate the strategic ambitions and technical possibilities within IT-tolls as a means to strengthen your colleagues’ virtual competencies.
Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have:
• Solid experience with the Office 365 suite’s functionality, administration and the associated technological roadmaps
• Extensive knowledge of the technical functions and implementation of tools for virtual collaboration forms
• Comprehensive experience in change management or program and project management
• Experience with the creation of teaching material including e-learning
