With direct reference to our Vice President Quality & Sustainability, you will be part of a strong professional team of 16 employees, who among others work as Certification-, Quality- and/or Methodology Engineers etc. The overall goal of the team is to ensure that our business performance and quality conditions live up to our internal standards, certifications as well as meet the expectations of our customers. As our new Management System & Certification Specialist, you will get a dynamic everyday life, where collaboration, facilitation and meeting colleagues and stakeholders are the key to success.
Quality and implementation of our Integrated Management System
In this newly established position as Management System & Certification Specialist your responsibility will be to ensure that the Integrated Management System has an appropriate structure and functionality that supports the business needs and at the same time integrates the requirements of the different standards in a consolidated and value adding manner. At the same time, you must work together with and support the business ensuring that our Management System is used and rooted within the organisation.
Your role will include the direct responsibility of the ISO 9001 multiple site certification and related procedures, and you will be the point of contact to the certification agency for all company certifications. Our Management System currently live up to and is certified against the following standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 as well as GDPR declarations and ISAE3000. A key part of your role will be to ensure coordination and alignment between the different standards together with the standard/certification responsible colleagues in the department as well as the Legal Compliance Department for GDPR and ISAE3000.
Moreover, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries/questions related to above. Finally, you will also have an active role in conducting internal audits at the headquarters and in our subsidiaries requiring approximately 10 travel days a year.
Personality matters
We are looking for an outgoing, curious, result-oriented Management System & Certification Specialist with strong communication skills, who can use their experience and great personal drive to contribute to Kamstrup’s continued growth journey. To succeed in this position, it is important that you are persistent and able to implement and anchor new management processes in the rest of the organisation. Therefore, you must thrive in the field between quality and the business while having an eye for seeing new possibilities and hereby challenge the way processes are handled today. It is natural for you to work in a structured way, and you are good at maintaining an overview as well as working with multiple tracks at the same time. As you will be working cross functional is it important that you are a great facilitator who manage to communicate with different stakeholders – also in an international setting.

Furthermore, it is a requirement that you
- Have a Master’s degree preferably within engineering or similar
- Have 3-5 years of experience with ISO 9001
- Have 3-5 years of experience with developing, implementing and maintaining an integrated management system
- Have knowledge within ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISAE3000 and GDPR if possible
- Master English and Danish on a high level – both verbally and written
