Product Training Manager
Do you want to help train and teach audiences across the world for one of the world’s most famous loudspeaker manufacturers?
Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Product Training Manager to work at our HQ.
About the job
The purpose of this position is to convey qualities of Dynaudio products to people around the globe. This will primarily be staff employed across Dynaudio’s sales channels, but it will also be relevant to other audiences who are interested in Dynaudio’s products.

About the department
You’ll be joining a small team with the sole purpose of managing the products of Dynaudio across different categories. You will be working closely with the Product Manager of our high-end speakers for Home Audio, and together you will enable the Dynaudio sales channels to understand and convey product specifications, features and capabilities so the end-user experiences the supreme audio fidelity that Dynaudio stands for.
About you
It is paramount that you have stage experience and that you feel at home on stage presenting, teaching and training. Your presentation technique is close to flawless and you are well-versed in the arts of education, as well as making training material and presentations in PowerPoint.
You should have experience from the Home Audio industry whether from working in the industry or being an audiophile for many years. The history of HiFi and the technical advances made through the years is well known to you. You find the technical aspects of HiFi as interesting as listening to speakers and you understand how a speaker actually works.
It will be consider highly positive if you have experience from sales either B2C or B2B and/or product management. It will also be weighed highly if you are proficient in German. If you have experience working in the APAC region this is also considered positive.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

- Participate in shows/fairs/events to promote Dynaudio
- Create Sales Guide for marketing
- Create sales and training material for product launches
- Deliver input for video material for product launches
- Develop and implement Dynaudio academy
- Sparring with Product Manager on new products and market demands
