Environmental sustainability is a major focus area, and we are therefore looking for a Management Assistant to help ensure that we are continuously working on improving our customers’ ability to target and reduce their water- and energy waste.

With direct reference to the Head of Business & System Excellence, you will become a part of a diverse team, consisting of four colleagues, that unites around the ambition of creating and increasing the excellence in our business and system processes. A focus point herein is ensuring a high degree of efficiency within our management team, our reporting & benchmarking, and the monitoring & follow-up on the strategy execution. The Solution and Service Organization delivers customer solutions to all three business areas, ranings from large and complex installation projects or long-term operational service contracts to smaller assignments, such as consultancy or hardware services.

A Management Assistant that can set a higher standard
As our new Management Assistant, your most important responsibility will be to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in our Management team and ensure progress and follow-up in relation to agreed activities, strategy execution and KPI follow-up. In this role, you will have a broad contact surface in the organization and solve a wide variety of tasks from operational to strategic level. Furthermore, you will also be supporting the Management team with tasks such as meeting facilitation, Minutes-of-Meetings and optimizing our internal work flows.

More specifically, your key tasks will be to:

  • Identify and implement ways in which internal meetings and processes can be improved
  • Monthly follow-up on KPI performance and agreed improvement activities
  • Ensure a structured follow-up and progression on the agreed strategy execution and management meeting actions
  • Administrative tasks such as meeting facilitation, MoM, travel arrangements, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Preparation of internal communication material
  • Ad-hoc tasks from the Management team or our Senior Vice President

Personality matters
To succeed in the role, it is important that you are a team player, ambitious, self-driven and see opportunities rather than limits. You thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. It is natural for you to work in a structured and systematic way with your tasks, which are always of high quality and within deadline. Furthermore, you thrive in working with cross-organizational coordination and in an international context.

Either you have a minimum 2-5 years of work experience from a position as Management Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar, or you have finished top-of-class from a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communication or similar. From previous experience, you have gained the ability to drive administrative processes and smaller projects proactively and independently, and you take pride in executing your tasks efficiently and with a clear prioritization.

It is a requirement that you an expert user in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, and an experienced user in Excel and PowerBI.

Finally, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
