Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Logistics Manager to work at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.

We are building a logistics team to match our growth strategy and we are looking for the manager who can make it happen. Your main responsibilities will be to implement and contribute to the creation of best practice and cost-effective solutions to improve operational performance.

About the department
We’re a team of 11 dedicated logistics and warehouse colleagues handling logistics, warehouse, and transportation coordinating the full order cycle. We’re looking to strengthen our logistic set-up to match future demands and we need you to help us.
About you
You have at least 3 years’ experience from a similar role in a production company with a proven record of successfully managing a logistics team. You have previous experience with a broad range of transportation set-ups globally, including road/air/sea freight.
You have a commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilment. You are a highly skilled communicator who easily forms and maintains relationships internally and externally.
You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to plan ahead and ensure successful management of multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
You are customer focused, result oriented, accountable and a team worker. Change management experience is desirable.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too. If you are also comfortable with German it is a plus.

We are building a logistics team to match our growth strategy and we are looking for the manager who can make it happen. Your main responsibilities will be to implement and contribute to the creation of best practice and cost-effective solutions to improve operational performance.
Other responsibilities include:
- Forwarder management, including contract negotiations and optimisation of transportation set-up
- Set-up transport related processes and ledger templates
- Monitor custom risks (finished goods export tariff policies, HS code standardization, etc.)
- 3rd party logistics/warehouse management
- Raw material warehouse management
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
