Therefore, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist who can ensure that our water meters are compliant with regulations, which is a critical part of our continued growth.
With direct reference to our Team Lead of Technical Product Management, you will become a part of our team of 9 experienced, enthusiastic and competent colleagues. You will have contact with all colleagues in the team, however in particular with the two current Compliance Managers, who work on tasks related to product compliance in the areas of drinking water, metrology and product safety. This work is done in connection to both maintaining our existing portfolio as well as new development projects.
A job with focus on drinking water approvals
In the position as Compliance Specialist, you will work to obtain and maintain drinking water approvals together with other Compliance Managers, who will also teach and guide you. You will have a broad network, and you will be handling many stakeholders who must be updated regularly on any changes, so that they can take action and plan their work and development projects accordingly. In addition, you will maintain and build new strong relationships with our external business partners within this field.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
You will expectedly have around 5-10 travelling days a year.
Personality matters
There are many entry points to this position, but since the job revolts around our water meter portfolio, we imagine that you have a bachelor’s degree within Mechanical or Electrical engineering with an interest or curiosity towards product compliance. Whether you have a few years of experience or is newly graduated is not crucial, the most important thing is that you have the attitude and qualifications to work with technical data and manage to keep an overview of many ongoing tasks to be executed.
As a person you are accommodating, hard-working and will proactively handle the daily challenges. In addition, you are impactful and can build unities around common goals. You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks, where it comes naturally to you to work on the basis of deadlines. Finally, you have strong communicative skills that enable you to interact and build relations on all organisational levels, both within and outside of Kamstrup.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. German is an advantage.

- Defining, managing and prioritising the overall approval plan across development projects and the existing portfolio
- Executing on the approval plan together with other Compliance Managers
- Participating in relevant international organisations within the field of approvals
- Participating in drinking water audits together with representatives from our Quality department
You will expectedly have around 5-10 travelling days a year.
