Join a highly engaged team
We are expanding our international team of 250+ employees in our Software Solutions group, located across Denmark and Poland. You will face a great opportunity to create a new platform to support our most modern and complex hearing aids. Your main task in this position will be developing highly complex test software. We deliver a Windows desktop application created in C#/.NET. The software enables the audiologist to fine-tune the hearing instruments for the end-user – also known as ‘Fitting’. We work with the latest technologies and development methodologies, and we strive to be on the latest available versions of the tools we use.
The position is in the team responsible for our Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL). We develop and maintain a unified communication API towards the many different types of hearing aids. The solution is cross platform and we use Visual Studio and Xamarin to target Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. The API is used by our Fitting software and Mobile apps to create world class Fitting experiences.

Could it be you?
We expect you to hold a BSc or MSc degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. You have several years of relevant work experience and are able to tick off the following items:
• You can work with our software developers to understand existing software architecture and unit test framework regarding HAL
• You can work with other testers in order to incorporate unit testing in the overall tests approach and help us create total visibility of testing – from software detail to end-user perspective
• You can apply clever test techniques in the test design in order to minimize effort and maximize coverage. It is a plus if you have knowledge in: Git, Xamarin (iOS/Android), Cross platform development and Bluetooth
Low Energy.
• You can help us demonstrate the verification of software requirements through development of test cases with a clear purpose and unambiguous results
• You are up to date on the trends of modern software development principles

You should be a generalist, self-driven and inquisitive, challenging solutions and ideas. You are comfortable with seeking the optimal solution through a constructive dialogue with others.
