For our department of Core Infrastructure Solutions, we are looking for a brand-new Citrix Solution Specialist who can take the lead and take us to the next level together with a skilled Operations team in Poland.

You will join the Infrastructure & Operations organisation which is a part of Demant Global IT. More specifically you will be a part of the Core Infrastructure Solutions team. The team consists of 14 people (manager included) and you will work together with other Specialists.
Be a part of Core Infrastructure Solutions
We’re a highly specialized team of competent solution architects within Microsoft Core Infrastructure, SQL Server, Sharepoint and Citrix. We are dedicated to continuously improving and optimizing our IT infrastructure, and we believe that automation and being data driven is an important part of that. We believe in an open and honest dialogue and are committed to learn from our mistakes and to continue developing our services and ourselves.
Joining the Core Infrastructure Solutions team, you will:
• Design, build and optimize virtualized app and desktop environments supporting our business
• Act as 3rd level support on Citrix and Microsoft RDS
• Secure an ongoing optimization and modernization
• Be involved early in M&A integrations
In order to become a success, you will, together with the team, set the strategic direction for use of the platforms together with important stakeholders such as: Application specialists, Operations team, Microsoft Core Infrastructure team and the Datacenter team.
Strong CITRIX experience
As our new Solution Specialist, you will be working with an always expanding toolset in order to design and optimize our solutions.
You need to be experienced in the following technologies:
• Citrix XenApp
• Citrix XenDesktop
• Citrix Netscaler / ADC
You will be spending your time mostly on our Citrix solution, but we also have Microsoft Remote Desktop services.
Become a key member of our organisation
As Citrix Solution Specialist it is essential that you can master the domain given. You will be a key member of our organization and take responsibility for implementing important business needs within the Demant family.
In order to succeed in this position, it´s important that you have at least 5 years of experience from an IT Infrastructure environment. Currently you may be working as a Solution Specialist or consultant. Preferably you have experience with infrastructure architecture on a global scale, but you are also comfortable going hands-on and act as 3rd level support.
When it comes to personal skills, you are curious and enjoy learning new things. Furthermore, you have an ability to quickly translate business needs into real world use cases. Structure is one of your preferences when it comes to planning and prioritization and you can quickly adapt to new situations. Finally, you have a “doing things smarter” mindset.
