System Analyst to our expanding eBusiness platform

In just two years, we have established 60 web shops in 25 countries, and our plan is to expand further, and reach even more people in need of hearing healthcare. This is why we need you!
We are looking for a curious System Analyst who wants to take a key role in our eCommerce team and wants to take our current solutions to another level.
Connecting our stakeholders
“You will become the bridge between product owners and developers, where you will convert the requests from the organization to viable and functioning IT solutions. It is a central role, where you will be in contact with stakeholders across the business and country borders. It’s also a role with plenty of possibility for development and taking on more tasks and responsibilities, depending on what your interests are” says your new manager, Axel Viberg-Holde
You will typically handle 2-4 features or change request per month, where you will make sure, that relevant stakeholders have been involved in the process, that deadlines are kept, that the proper documentation is in place and other typical project management tasks are taken care of.

Become an expert in our eBusiness solution
Joining us, you will get an exciting opportunity to work with and enhance our eBusiness solution, making sure that our users get the best possible experience when they visit our platforms.
Your key tasks will be to break down all functional and non-functional requirement into IT requirements (understandable by developers), understand and design solutions in accordance with strategic goals and non-functional requirements with Application and/or Solution Architects, and to make documentation in general. Other key tasks are:
- Analysis of business needs.
- Provides counseling to business and IT colleagues regarding application configuration options and standardized solutions based on deep application insight.
- Coordinate design, build, test & implementation activities as well as deployment and handover of solutions to stakeholders
- Provides maintenance and enhancements of existing solutions.
- Cooperate with QA (manual and automation testing)
Because of our different locations, you should expect around 20 travel days per year.

You will join an international team of 14 dedicated colleagues located in 3 countries. We work withing 2 primary areas: MyBusiness features and web shop deployments in new countries. As we see it, we are one team, and we can only succeed by working closely together.

Depending on where you live, you will be working at either our corporate headquarters in Smørum just outside Copenhagen, Denmark, or in our corporate office in Warszawa, Poland.
Analytical with a technical understanding
You should be interested in the technical aspects of the applications, but it is equally important that you thrive in being close to the business and that you see yourself as being the coordinating and planning force between various stakeholders from different parts of the organization.
Your educational background is less important. Maybe you have a bachelor or master’s degree in IT combined with business understanding, but what is important is an understanding of technical language and how IT systems work. If you have some experience with system implementation and application design and configuration, it is an advantage.
