You will be managing the development of strategy and internal development capabilities
The market is changing faster than ever, and we have embarked on a change journey within Hearing Instrument Group to transform our organisation to thrive in that change. We need a dedicated person to work with change, strategy development and communication to ensure that we as an organisation grow in our strategic thinking and execution.
You can look forward to a diverse set of strategic responsibilities focused on strategic project leadership and support, strategy process development and execution, and executive communication, furthermore you will:
- Take a leading role in strategic project management and execution by driving cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on scope, in-time delivery, and budget
- Support functional teams with strategic problem-solving and barrier elimination
- Develop and execute strategy processes for all Functions within HIG together with the Hearing Instruments Management Group (HIMG)
- Develop recommendations and perspectives for HIMG based on strategic analysis executed together with key stakeholders
- Support HIMG with the articulation of operating unit strategy in line with the Hearing Aid Wholesale Strategy and the Demant Corporate Strategy
- Focus on the continuous improvement, training, and role modelling of our strategic processes
- Translate complex strategic initiatives into simple communication messages and ensure that the purpose of our strategic efforts is clearly understood across the organisation
You will be working in Demant’s international HQ in Smørum where you will get 1,600 new and motivated colleagues.
You have experience from strategy consulting and/or strategy development in a global corporation
We are very open to your educational background, but to thrive and grow in this position, we hope that you have 3+ years of experience from strategy consulting or a strategy department of in a global corporation. Work experience from medical devices, pharma, tech or similar is an advantage.
You have substantial experience within strategy development, strategic analysis, communication, and program management. You are a superstar when it comes to stakeholder management and know by heart how to manoeuvre and communicate on all levels of the organisation.
