The Team
You will be a part of the Digital Content & Consumer Happiness team in the Demant Hearing Instrument Group. Our main responsibilities are to create digital content both B2C & B2B for Demant’s hearing aid brands (Oticon, Philips, Bernafon, and Sonic). We are a team of passionate professionals who are ambitious about what we do, always strive to do better, and who are not afraid to fail, but use the failures as important learnings. At the same time, we have an informal and creative atmosphere where trust and a can-do-attitude are pivotal. We support each other, share feedback and ideas to continuously improve.

Digital Content is King & Context is God
As the Digital Content Producer, you will take on the role as part storyteller and copywriter to ensure our message gets across effectively through social media, email, web, and other relevant digital channels.
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist who can translate our brands’ core identity into the right call to action, whether it’s through an attention-grabbing headline or engaging content, you know how to do it!

About the position
As our Digital Content Producer your primary responsibility will be to translate our marketing objectives and brand visions across Demant’s four hearing aid brands, into tactical content and copy, which you will work with from idea development to final output together with your colleagues in the rest of global marketing. Your primary focus will be on content creation for web, social media, email, videos, and blog posts with the possibility of other ad hoc posts along the way. We are a small team, which also means, that you get to be a part of the whole process from idea development to the final creation of the content. Some of your other tasks will be to:

  • Digital content planning and idea development
  • Copywriting for digital content (social media, email, blog, video etc.)
  • Project management - working with graphic designers/video specialists to create content
  • Ensuring digital content is compliant with CVI and medical marketing guidelines (FDA, MDSAP etc.)
  • Proofreading
  • Stakeholder management ensuring digital content is aligned with other marketing efforts

Are you the right person for the role?
To be successful in the role, we are looking for a native or bilingual English speaker who has excellent copywriting skills and knows the strategy of creating content for the different digital platforms.
We expect you to have a passion for writing, to be creative, and you know the importance of good storytelling. You understand the content dynamics of the different digital platforms, know how to translate marketing objectives into relevant digital content, and you work with user journeys to optimize content the best way possible. In addition to this, you’re also good at:

  • SEO optimization
  • Working with both a B2B & B2C audience
  • Translating creative concepts to content on digital platforms based on briefs
  • Translating technical information into understandable copy
