Would you like to be challenged by handling interesting assignments in a rapidly changing business environment, and to assist in the future development of the Transfer Pricing function? You can now become part of an ambitious and dedicated team in the Group Tax function in Demant. At Demant business always means making lives better for millions of people around the world.
The position
With reference to the Group Tax Director, and in collaboration with another transfer pricing specialist you will manage the area of Transfer Pricing on a group level. You will join a growing company, where many things are happening simultaneously, and you will act as the link between business decisions and Transfer Pricing consequences. We offer you to help us elevate our Transfer Pricing area, where you will have a lot of influence on the process. You are offered a great opportunity to manage your area of responsibility in a self-driven manner.
The Team
The team consist of five dedicated people specialized within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax and VAT. The atmosphere in the team is great and you can expect a manager with a supporting as well as a coaching approach to leadership which will give you the opportunity to grow and develop in the role.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be
• Preparing and updating Transfer Pricing documentation such as CbCR, master files and local files, benchmark studies, intercompany agreements both in-house and together with external tax advisors
• Centrally performing and reviewing Transfer Pricing computations and adjustments
• Assist in the digital transformation in the Transfer Pricing documentation process
• Further develop the Group’s Transfer Pricing strategy
• Maintain, develop, and implement Group Transfer Pricing Policies
• Supporting Group entities in Transfer Pricing audits, APAs, arbitration procedures or litigations
• Keeping up to date with Transfer Pricing related developments in legislation, case law and local practice
• Building strong internal relationships within Finance and the business organization globally
When carrying out your tasks, you will work closely with colleagues in Group Tax, Local- and Global Finance, external advisors and tax authorities. Furthermore, you will obtain an in depth understanding of the Demant business.
What we are looking for
You hold a relevant educational background and have relevant experience from a similar position, advisory firm or the tax authorities. You have knowledge within Transfer Pricing and should be up to date with current legislation and regulations. Experience with the operational aspects of a global Transfer Pricing function or international Transfer Pricing experience in general will be a plus but is not required. It is also considered a plus If you have experience with Excel and ERP systems and accounting. And last, you are fluent in English, as this is our company language.
On the personal side, it is important that you have a willingness to take on new challenges – using your curiosity to explore new opportunities and have an analytical and systematic approach in your work. You are a team player with strong stakeholder management skills, where you easily communicate on all levels of the organization. You are self-driven, take initiative and are not afraid of taking on responsibility.
