We develop, manufacture, and sell some of the worlds most advanced hearing instruments and equipment that help people with hearing loss connect and communicate with the world around them. Demant is a global organization with subsidiaries in more than 30 countries and more than 16,500 employees all over the world. You will be based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum outside of Copenhagen.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Strategy and Program Management Office, to support key members of our management team in HIG, including our President.

First-class support on a global level
As our new Management Support, you will join a team of highly dedicated colleagues, who support the Hearing Instrument Group. We are a team of a Senior Manager, a Strategy Director and 2 Students Assistants. You will report to the last member of our group Senior Director Annette Jensen.

You can look forward to filling a dynamic, challenging and rewarding position that includes the following tasks:

  • Support the completion of tasks related to the President of HIG, our Strategy and Program Management office and our function heads for Brand Management, Global Marketing and Commercial Operations
  • Manage calendars, including driving the executive’s annual recurrent schedule
  • Handle travel arrangement
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Organize meetings and events, including logistics
  • Prepare communication to external and internal stakeholders
  • Drive minor projects, e.g. onboarding new colleagues, celebrations etc.
  • Be the glue between management, the organization, and our stakeholders


To succeed in the position
To succeed in the position, you must have a relevant educational background, e.g. bachelor’s degree combined with experience from a similar position.

As a person, you consider yourself a self-starter, who is always one step ahead in planning. On top of that, you deliver high-quality work. You have a flexible attitude, which enables you to handle multiple priorities at a time. Moreover, you adjust well to shifting demands. You have a natural talent for being organized and structured. You have strong IT skills and are fluent in
Danish and English – both in writing and orally. Finally, we value team spirit and expect you to go the extra mile to make sure that execution is done seamlessly.
