A pivotal part of our HR team
Joining our team, you will be a valued part of Demant’s HR function at the headquarter in Smørum. We are app. 40 people working to deliver HR deliverables to a wide portfolio of Demant companies in DK and abroad.
In this newly created position, you will become part of the HR Core Deliveries Team which consists of 15 people with different educational backgrounds and experience levels.
We are responsible for supporting the Danish organization within areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Legal, Salary etc.
You can look forward to an independent and self-governed position where your tasks will be very diverse and follow the needs of your closest team members as well as the fluctuating demands from the company.
Your main responsibilities will be centered around – but not limited to - some of the following areas:
• Supporting the DK employment law function in DK
• Developing and maintaining HR policies
• Sparring partner for managers in the business and HRBPs in HR related matters
• Handling request from and supporting the HR Assistants located in Poland
• Driving various HR core delivery projects
• GDPR & HR compliance
• Handling of gross salary benefits
• Supporting HR admin in cases of special addendums and contracts
• Processes relating to on-/off boarding of employees
• Supporting global mobility function in our headquarter
We are always on the lookout to do things smarter and better, and we hope that you are ready to take on ad hoc projects and to drive new, experimental projects to evaluate their potential and capability to deliver results to the business.
Great people and communication skills
To thrive and grow in your new position, we hope that you have substantial experience with HR deliverables, preferably from an international company. We are open in relation to your educational background but assume that you have a relevant university degree on bachelor level or higher.
You have substantial experience with the rules that apply within areas such as paternity leave, sickness, vacation, contracts, resignations etc. and you like to be in the driver’s seat when it comes to exciting HR projects.
As a person, you know how to communicate efficiently – both when you spare with your colleagues, managers from the business, and external stakeholders. You are not afraid to make clear decisions and execute on these in order to keep the wheels rolling.
