Student Assistant Learning
Do you want to make a global impact by helping more people hear better? Are you looking for a student job where you can bring your multimedia, communication and networking skills into play and test your theoretical knowledge of driving engagement, internal communication, and change management to practice?
If the answer is “Yes” we have an exciting opportunity for you in our Commercial Excellence team.
A central role with high degree of responsibility and flexibility
You will become part of our international, cross professional, cross generation team and work very closely with our Senior Learning Architect. In your new student job, your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs, however with strong focus on designing and creating content.
You will primarily work with a diverse and international group of subject matter experts, bringing their knowledge alive in articles, videos, animations etc. You will be the right hand of our community managers helping them to optimize our online communities of practice on our learning experience platform Fuse Universal.
You will be employed on flexible terms that are consistent with your study, but we would like your help approx. 20 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. It is important to note that some weeks will be busier than others in relations to various projects, calendar of activities will be discussed and planned together.
Born communicator with desire to keep learning
To fulfill this position, we imagine that:
• You are currently enrolled on a higher education on BA or MA level and have minimum 2 years left
• You are passionate about content creation, communication, and change management
• You are a creative mind who can bring any subject matter alive and no stranger to filming and editing videos
• You are fluent in English - written and oral
• You are characterized by a high degree of respect for deadlines and great desire to learn more
• You are curious, good asking qualified questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks and make anybody relax front of a camera
• You are self-driven and have the courage to run your own tasks, but at the same time humble enough to ask more experienced colleagues for advice when you encounter roadblocks
• You are hardworking and can withstand pressure in peak periods and do not lose your good spirit when the to-do-list seems endless and your subject matter experts are too busy to help you.
