Student Assistant for Demant Hearing Care (Audika) IT, PMO

A central role with high degree of responsibility and flexibility
In your new job, you will support our global team in preparing and planning the digital learning delivery as part of the global rollouts of IT systems. The IT systems that we are deploying are supporting our colleagues in our hearing clinics and head office functions (marketing, finance etc.) around the world with the ambition to help more people hear better.
You will become part of our international, cross functional, cross generation team and work very closely with our Project Managers and Global Change & Learning Lead. In your new student job, your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs, however with strong focus on designing and creating learning content.
You will primarily work with a diverse and international group of subject matter experts, bringing their knowledge alive in articles, videos, animations etc. You will be helping our colleagues with ensuring engagement, high quality content and targeted communication to optimize our online communities of practice on our Learning Experience platform Fuse Universal.
You will be employed on flexible terms that are consistent with your study (e.g., exam periods), but we would like your help approx. 20 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. It is important to note that some weeks will be busier than others in relation to various projects, but calendar of activities will be discussed and planned together with the team.
Born communicator with desire to keep learning
To fulfill this position, we imagine that:
- You are currently enrolled on a higher education on BA or MA level and have minimum 2 years left
- You are passionate about content creation, communication, learning and change management
- You are a creative mind who can bring any subject matter alive and no stranger to filming and editing videos
- You are fluent in English - written and oral
- You are characterized by a high degree of respect for deadlines and great desire to learn more
- You are curious, good at asking qualified questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks
- You are self-driven and have the courage to run your own tasks, but at the same time humble enough to ask more experienced colleagues for advice when you encounter roadblocks
- You are hardworking and can withstand pressure in peak periods and do not lose your good spirit
