Welcome to Brand Portfolio Management
The New Business Introduction team, within Global Marketing, plays a pivotal role in unleashing the market potential of our three distinguished hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips Hearing Solutions, and Bernafon. By strategically targeting these brands towards diverse segments, channels, and price points, we empower them to thrive. Our New Business Introduction team drives product launches, to innovate and make a strong market impact.
You will play an important role in:
• Aligning and updating marketing process flow in coordination with colleagues from the Brand teams.
• Providing comprehensive support for product releases, which may involve data analysis, naming, budget oversight, and creating engaging presentations.
• Creating templates that streamline and enhance our release processes.
• Participating in the annual planning activities of the team.
• Planning and developing compelling content for team workshops and presentations.
• Collaborating with internal clients to establish project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of required materials and information.
Are you our new team member?
In your role, you will have a cross-functional focus and work closely with the Business Owner, Product specialists, Audiologist, primary stakeholders, and marketing producers across the Brand Management and R&D. This position will expose you to various facets of the organization, offering an exciting and dynamic work environment where you will continuously delve into different situations and challenges. We are therefore seeking an outgoing individual who is curious and empathetic, ensuring that your work is beneficial to those who will use it.
Most importantly, you are passionate about making a difference in a commercial setting. You have a positive outlook and are comfortable with being involved in several projects simultaneously. You have an attention for details and keep on top of deadlines – and you are comfortable in reminding others about their deadlines as well.
To succeed in the role, you:
• Minimum two year completed Bachelor within the areas of Business Administration, Marketing, IT or Sales within CBS, ITU, DTU, or KU
• You have an eye for details.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks.
• Fully able to work in and communicate professionally in English.

We are looking for a colleague who can support the team about 15-20 hours a week. You will mainly work from our offices in Smørum but some home-office hours can be supported as well.
