Leverage learnings and best practices
As our new Manager in Commercial Training, your responsibility will be to identify learning needs, develop new training modules and deliver training sessions with the aim to anchor commercial excellence practices.
The role exists to give Demant Wholesale the best commercial foundation to promote the position as the one of the best providers of life changing hearing health. The role is to ensure that learning become a key competitive advantage to meet our commercial goals.
You will create and deliver learning solutions with a commercial approach and impact, with the purpose to develop our employees’ skills through meaningful training by a modern learning approach.

- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs incl. event coordination
- Conduct training analysis, compile results, and present recommendations based on business needs and strategic priorities
- Create engaging eLearning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
- Launch, administer, maintain, and continuously improve our learning management technologies, course authoring tools and additional learning distribution software
- Proactively promote learning technology in the training team, helping trainers develop training programs and learning interventions using digital learning technology
- Ensure sharing of best practices in the Sales Community

- Commercial understanding of digital learning impact
- Project management experience
- Interest in designing digital learning solutions
- Experience or interest in learning modern eLearning tools (e.g iSpring, Adobe, Camtasia, Articulate 360 Suite, FUSE, etc.)
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are considered favorable for the position
