We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who knows his/her way around an international (IT-)company and can operate within a multi-cultural environment. You will be combining your hands-on experience, persistence, passion, and empathy to drive business insights that provide global business value for Milestone.
The Company and The Team
Sales Insights is a part of the Global Sales Operations department in Milestone, a centrally placed team with interfaces to the entire organization. You will join a dynamic, fun, international team of colleagues who enjoy everyday collaboration.

The Role
- Drive, refine, optimize, and anchor global strategic insights to improve sales performance
- Maintain and develop Power BI reports/dashboards
- Act as subject matter expert on sales insights-related tasks in strategic projects
- Be the person connecting the dots between regions, headquarter, and other functions
- Act as a sparring partner for Chief Revenue Officer, VPs, Directors, and Regional Sales Managers
- Continuously help ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for our sales reports, insights, and processes (primarily Power BI and Salesforce)
Your Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- You preferably hold a master’s degree or equivalent
- You are an expert in delivering complex quantitative analysis in an easy-to-understand way with clear recommendations to senior leadership teams
- You have solid experience with sales insights from a go-to-market perspective and are able to operate from both a tactical and strategic point of view
- You have deep knowledge of incentive models, optimization, pricing, discounting, revenue upside, cross-sell and upsell, analytics, change management, and sales process
- You are experienced within stakeholder management and can easily maneuver across different cultures and different parts of an organization
- You are a superuser in Power BI (or similar), as well as Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- You speak and write English at professional or higher level. English is our company language, and it is not a requirement that you speak Danish
