As our new Director for Demand Generation, you will oversee and deliver inbound and outbound marketing marketing strategies and tactics to accelerate pipeline growth. With your teams you will define, implement, measure, and refine creative, compelling, and effective demand generation for our wholesale business.
Structured and scalable demand generation is the core of our digital marketing ambition – driving content, activation, lead handling and marketing qualification – but we are not there yet. That’s why we are looking for you.
You will lead a team consisting of two managers with each their own team – a content team and a paid media team - as well as two specialists, and you will be supporting all of them achieving their goals and develop their skills to deliver high quality digital marketing.

Working under the Global Marketing umbrella, Digital Marketing is a department of about 35 experienced professionals across Denmark and Poland. In close collaboration with brands, sales and creative teams, we define and facilitate digital marketing for our four global hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic.
We have strategic goals to fulfill, and we are currently in the middle an exciting digital marketing transformation journey, in which building up the demand generation capability is essential. At the same time, it is it is important for us to have fun and we are informal, straight-forward, and we take work-life balance seriously. We have a diverse team who engages with a variety of global and market-based stakeholders.
Your areas of responsibilities
As our new Director of Demand Generation, you will help implement our digital marketing strategy. This means, creating and executing on multi-channel demand generation strategies, that are aligned to brand and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
As we are excited about hearing health and supporting as many people as possible with our products, we always aim to continuously improve what we do. A part of your role will be to strengthen best practices while evaluating the latest B2B digital marketing strategies, marketing technology, experimenting and optimizing different tactics – aiming for consistently meeting or exceeding sales pipeline and revenue goals.
In everything you do, you are in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders - sales, marketing, and local markets, while developing your teams.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Messaging: With a deep understanding of the minds of our buyers your team creates authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel and help speed up sales velocity.
- Lead generation: You oversee the objectives across the marketing funnel - inquiry to SQL - tracking and optimizing performance at each stage of the funnel and create a predictable demand generation engine.
- Lead management: You understand lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs and ideally have knowledge of marketing automation and CRM
Qualifications
You enjoy the art of digital marketing, and you have a solid understanding of how it can fuel the commercial agenda and business objectives. You are performance-focused with a solid digital background. Setting a clear direction for your team while securing stakeholder buy-in, and navigating in change and uncertainty comes natural to you.
You have
- a career which has included a demand generation leadership role, primarily in the B2B enterprise space (regulated industry experience is a plus)
- a solid documented history of delivering earned, paid, & owned channels demand generation
- in-depth understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel
- data acquisition and management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound
- experience with marketing technology, CRM and automation platforms
You are
- highly quantitative in your approach with a comprehensive understanding of data
- motivated by working both at a strategic & tactical level
- self-motivated and outcome-focused
- at ease with complex stakeholder setups, including proven communication skills
- a person who can easily relate to others and motivate
- most likely in possession of higher degree in digital, communication, marketing or similar
