Smørum
Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen.
You will start on 1 September 2024, where you will join three different teams, working with different projects. This will provide you with a broad business understanding and strong network of people across all functions. You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one to develop your professional and personal skills in the best possible way. After this, you will be offered a permanent position.
As we are operating in more than 30 countries, many of our graduates get the chance to go abroad for half a year, depending on business needs. Besides that, you will join a fantastic network with all the other graduates and can look forward to some fun team days, training sessions and trips to our different business units.

You will also be offered a private health insurance, a free membership in our in-house fitness studio and healthy breakfast, lunch in our canteen and so much more.
Your journey as Commercial graduate
Joining Commercial, you will support us exploring new business opportunities and defining them within our strategic guidance. A common denominator will be that all project cases involve external companies and vendors as potential partnership candidates, with the aim of adding these ones to our core portfolio and business reach. You will be heavily involved and responsible for planning and managing commercial partnerships activities.
Throughout the Graduate Programme, you will rotate three times within Commercial – you will join Portfolio & Program Management, Global Marketing and Commercial Operations. Your tasks will entail the following:
We would like to get to know you
To apply for our programme, you are just about to finish your Master studies in in a relevant subject withing business, such as Business administration combined with innovation, economics or marketing, or otherwise Business Management or Development or have graduated no more than 1-2 years ago. You are a top per-former with excellent achievements in your studies, through your (student) work experience or extracurricular activities. You have furthermore gained international experience through a semester or internship abroad or similar. And last, you are fluent in English.
As a person, we believe that you like to collaborate with others and have a high drive and passion for what you do. You are both strategic and pragmatic and go for the ambitious goal. You have a curious mindset, are hardworking, and - most important - humble.

You will be heavily involved and responsible for planning and managing commercial partnerships activities.
Throughout the Graduate Programme, you will rotate three times within Commercial – you will join Portfolio & Program Management, Global Marketing and Commercial Operations. Your tasks will entail the following:
- Managing the domain strategy and process design for new business opportunity propositions, based on commercial partnerships
- Evaluating relevant new value propositions by their strategic fit, commercial rationales, market potential and business case
- Orchestrating communication flow and planning of new commercial opportunities with internal stakeholders across sales and marketing
- Overseeing the budgets and spendings of outsourcing projects and safeguarding the business cases
