In the Commercial Release Management team at Demant we are looking for a new colleague to support and coordinate new innovative product launches. The team is part of Global Marketing and is responsible for facilitating commercial product releases for our three brands Oticon, Philips, and Bernafon while also supporting our Strategic accounts.
Plan, document, and improve
The Launch Support Specialist is responsible for supporting our New Business Introduction managers (NBIs) with planning and milestone preparations but will also be tasked with smaller projects as capacity allows. You will work closely with the New Business Introduction managers and interact with many stakeholders across the organization.
What will you be doing?
The main part of your job will be to work with other business areas in Demant, such as Brand teams, R&D, Quality, Operations etc. to build and align on time schedules for new releases, and you will ensure the New Business Introduction managers follow through on the time schedules.
You will assist the New Business Introduction managers organize and prepare milestone meetings, which also includes making sure our documentation is in place according to our quality management system.
As time allows, you will also run smaller process updates and projects on your own and support the entire team by facilitating and planning alignment meetings with our stakeholders in the markets.
Finally, you will function as a back-up for the Launch Data Specialist in the team, like he will be your back-up when needed.
You will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Release Management, and work in a matrix set-up both within the NBI team but also across the entire development value chain.
