Who are you?
You have a solid experience in implementing a job architecture using your extensive ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. If you are familiar with Mercer IPE and experienced in working together with senior management in a global company, that will be favorable.
Your well-developed analytical and communication skills are a great asset to you, when analyzing complex data and transforming it into easy-to-understand actionable recommendations.
You like to work in a team where everyone takes pride in helping each other succeed and have fun both on and off work.

Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior management on rewards related matters.
- Ensure Demant is ready for the new EU Pay Transparency directive with established processes and tools.
- Manage stock plans, both “Employee Stock Purchase Plan” and “Long Term Incentives”.
- Conduct position evaluation.
- Implement a job architecture in Denmark; - based on Mercer IPE.
- Review and optimize current rewards programs and policies. Ensuring Demant is offering an attractive package.
- Prepare package proposals & benchmarks
