Our Hearing Care organization (B2C) has experienced significant growth organically and through acquisitions and today we are a leading global hearing aid retailer with activities in 25+ markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the business and are searching for a Strategy and Excellence Senior Analyst / Project Manager to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, build global capabilities and best practices while securing the connection between marketing, sales and services.
This position will provide you with a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of developing our commercial excellence function and you will be an instrumental part of our journey in our relentless pursuit for cross-functional collaboration with the ambition to maximize our commercial impact and deliver on our vision to “help more people hear better”.
Play a leading role
As our new Strategy and Excellence Senior Analyst / Project Manager, your responsibility will be to identify, co-develop and implement commercial processes, best practices and tools to maximize commercial impact. You will be part of a team where we work with data and analytics, design-thinking, storytelling, project management and more. We are a continuously growing organization with good opportunities for taking on more responsibility over time.
You will work in close cooperation with the commercial excellence team, as well as local markets and oth-er global functions, where you will assess, review, challenge and inspire local practices with a focus on driving efficiency and leveraging market opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will support in providing actionable commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:
• Drive commercial excellence analyses and assessments to identify opportunities for commercial impact across the organization
• Provide support for global management on our way to “help more people hear better”
• Lead a key project in the commercial excellence areas focusing on development and optimization of our store network on a global scale
• Conduct regular assessments and analysis of our network key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement globally
• Drive and provide executive team support related to key strategic initiatives as well as assist our local organization in optimizing their network optimization processes, developing global standards and be a driver for change

You have 2-4 years of professional experience from a position in management consulting or an in-house business development position or similar.
You should expect 20-40 travel days per year.
