Do you have experience in working with Data, Statistics and have an interest in audio measuring and signal processing? Would you like to make a difference on tomorrow’s hearing aid products? If so, you might be our new Data Engineer.
Part of our R&D-unit
You will become part of the Clinical Audiological Development Team, which is an R&D-unit where the goal is to secure the clinical performance of the coming hearing aids. The team you will work together with consists of seven highly skilled engineers and technical audiologists.

Interest in Audio measuring
We expect you to hold a master’s degree in engineering or IT with a clear interest in sound processing, AI or similar.
You are familiar with working with programming and have an interest in working with Hearing Aids. You also have proven documentation skills. Familiarity with data pipeline architectures is viewed as beneficial for those interested in this position.
As a person, you are service-minded as you will be working with various stakeholders across the company.

Statistical analysis and psychoacoustic tests
In this role your main responsibility will be:
- Conduct statistical analysis of the data collected from clinical tests and automate the generation of reports and charts.
- Support our clinical audiologists in preparing instruments or setting up speech intelligibility and other psychoacoustic tests in our sound studios - maintaining and ensuring quality of the applied tools.
Python, R and Matlab:
Additional tasks will be:
- Develop and maintain analysis tools for clinical test data using programming languages such as R, Python, MATLAB, and SQL
- Prepare hearing instruments for clinical tests
- Prepare test computers for clinical tests
- Use advanced AI techniques to design and evaluate clinical tests that are reliable, valid, and efficient
