Responsible for developing digital transformation projects in the HR function
In your new position as Senior HR Digitalisation Specialist, you facilitate the digital transformation of the HR function. Reporting to the Head of HR Digitalisation, your focus is to oversee the successful deployment of the group-wide HR Digitalisation strategy and roadmap.
You partner with key HR stakeholders across geographies, manage HRIS projects, ensure seamless integration with HR processes, and contribute to the international digital transformation goals within a defined domain of expertise, e.g., “Attract, Recruit and Onboard”, “Rewards and Global Mobility”, “Organizational Development” and “Leadership and Engagement”.
You will be responsible for achieving the goals fixed for your domain of expertise: Rewards and Global Mobility, and will have latitude to implement necessary initiatives, projects, and activities required to embark your stakeholders on the digitalisation roadmap with you and achieve the team’s collective goals together.
You will also work closely with a member of the team to develop your expertise as a back-up for your teammate’s HR domain, and vice-versa – this will allow you to work transversally and share ideas across scopes, all the while developing your competencies.
Deep understanding of HR processes and great communication skills
To be able to succeed in the position you possess the following professional skills:
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and cloud HCM solutions
• Previous experience within compensation and benefits (rewards), global mobility, payroll, or succession planning.
• Good project and change management skills which you use when you supervise and coordinate digitalisation initiatives across the organization at both global and local level.
• Effective communication and relation management skills which you use when you facilitate discussions around HR digitalisation initiatives with project stakeholders at all levels in the company.
As a person you are structured, well-organized and with an eye for detail. You make things happen and you can communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across cultures, countries, and levels.
