Are you ready to shape the global pricing standards and drive Commercial Excellence in an international organisation? We are looking for a forward-thinking Director for Strategic Pricing to lead the development of pricing standards, governance, and best practices. This is a significant opportunity to create global impact while working alongside senior leadership and reporting directly to our Vice President of Commercial Excellence.
In Commercial Excellence, which is part of International Sales – a division of over 1.800 colleagues worldwide – we are focused on excellence, continuous improvement, and inclusion. By developing new processes and tools to enhance efficiency, we want to promote a culture that empowers our sales companies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to set the global pricing agenda, and ensure that data-driven insights, governance, and policies translate into tangible commercial success. By working closely with Finance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Sales Leadership, you will enhance pricing transparency, optimize revenue streams, and implement best practices across our markets.
Pricing Governance, Policies, and Processes
As our new team member in the strategic pricing team, you will be essential in developing robust price governance processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across our markets and leading change management efforts.
Therefore, you will be working closely with management teams and local SMEs from our sales companies, in the wholesale business of . At the same time, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our global sales, finance, and IT functions to ensure that our pricing processes are matured and aligned across different departments.

Experience in Pricing, Finance, or Commercial Excellence with Pricing focus
You may currently be in a similar strategic pricing role within MedTech, Pharma, or a related industry, with extensive experience in global pricing standards, guidelines, reporting, and policies. We are looking for a profile with:

In this role you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of global pricing governance, policies, and processes, e.g., for discount management, in close collaboration with our sales organisations and informed by industry best practices
- Advance pricing data concepts and standards together with finance and BI, e.g., the use of target and floor price across sales organisations
- Spot and eliminate revenue leakages by advancing pricing monitoring processes, ensuring identification of profitability risks across products, services, and non-price factors.
- Engage with global markets through occasional travel, working directly with sales teams to enhance pricing excellence in local business contexts.

- Several years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or Commercial Excellence with a pricing focus
- Solid ability in developing global pricing standards, guidelines, reporting, and policies
- Good analytical skills and data fluency, incl. strong toolbox in analysis and visualization
- International experience from a global position in the MedTech / healthcare industry
- Proficient project & stakeholder management skills
- Experience with pricing management tools and data analytics tools, incl. their implementation
