We are seeking an experienced digital leader to elevate our web strategy to new heights. Based at our global headquarters, this senior leadership role offers the opportunity to create a top-quality web channel and manage a skilled team of experts.
You will oversee the Web Development Team & Training and Editorial Team based in Warsaw, as well as two Web Excellence Specialists based in HQ in Smørum, ensuring innovation, operational excellence, and world-class content across all our web properties.

The position is based at our Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, and you will repost to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.

Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the global web strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and high-quality user experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of developers, editors, trainers, and specialists. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Implement processes and standards to ensure consistency, performance, and quality across all web channels.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with global business units, marketing, IT, and external partners to deliver innovative web solutions.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure web channel knowledge and skills are shared across the organization through training programs and editorial support.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, gather insights, and facilitate continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
What you will bring
- Extensive Web Channel Experience: Experience in managing large-scale web projects, platforms, and digital ecosystems.
- Leadership & Management: Experience managing specialist teams, with a focus on coaching, development, and empowering team members. Remote team management experience is an advantage.
- Strategic & Operational Balance: Able to think big picture while managing daily operations and delivering on tactical needs.
- Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
- Striving for Excellence: A focus on continuous improvement and setting new standards in web performance and user experience.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Extensive knowledge of web analytics, SEO, UX, and performance optimization.
