Multi skilled talent for Monitoring
Our IT Operations Management Tools team is looking for a new colleague to participate in daily operations and further development of our monitoring tool stack. The tool stack is based on technologies from multiple vendors like Micro Focus, Cisco AppDynamics, Microsoft and more covering infrastructure, application and end user monitoring.
You will join our IT Operations Management Tools team
You will join a global team of dedicated specialists with colleagues in Denmark and China. The team is working with monitoring, covering all parts of the infrastructure and application stack. In the team you will meet an open-minded work environment with a variety of challenging tasks where you can develop your specialist knowledge and build bridge between our tools stack.
The team is part of Cloud & Infrastructure Services which is responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library).
Your qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate has an educational background within computer science, engineering or similar. You have operational experience with both *NIX and Windows operating systems. Scripting and/or programing skills is a must!
You have in-depth knowledge within one or more of these technologies or have the urge to get it:
You are curious by nature and have a high-quality mind-set. You are able to work both, individually and in teams.
You have a high degree of flexibility, the ability to handle different tasks simultaneously and can prioritize your tasks as the working day often does not turn out as expected.
It is an advantage if you are familiar with the ITIL framework. You have good communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written English.
