Your closest TEC colleagues will be your buddy and expert Test Managers, Testers and Automation Specialists as well as colleagues from assigned project teams.

Your qualification and experience
In close cooperation with clients and colleagues, you will take lead and make your mark with your automation mindset and analytical/technical skills.
You have an interest in the IT outsourcing business and have a natural strive to understand the customers’ value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.
You need to be at the forefront of the latest development in your field where you set your knowledge and current best practices into play.
You may have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT and/or Life Sciences, but more importantly - you have a technical understanding of automation and thorough experience with automation of IT systems, maybe also some experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
It is an advantage if you hold ISTQB certifications on test and/or automation or similar

- You have a strong automation / test toolbox;
- 2-5+ years of test/automation experience within IT;
- You relate well to people, possess the necessary empathy, and understand how to motivate your team colleagues;
- You can work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results;
- Knowledge of Leapwork, Selenium, Azure DevOps, MFALM, is an advantage;
- You are fluent in Danish and English, written and oral.
