We are looking for someone to be in close contact with our suppliers and CMOs in a way that secures the usual high-quality standards for our products. Joining us, you will have a high degree of influence in a flat hierarchy and get the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a company that have the end-to-end production process responsibility.

Project-oriented compliance
Securing technical compliance of our suppliers and CMOs is your most important task. By learning and understanding their process and operation, you monitor and ensure that their changes or deviations are correctly handled.
You are a key player in the strategic team effort of selecting new suppliers and contract manufacturers. In general, your tasks are project-oriented and completed in collaboration with category managers and many other colleagues.
More specifically, you:
• Optimize supplier and CMO compliance set-ups through cost-efficiency and quality parameters
• Evaluate the change or deviation’s impact on our products and processes
• Propose and describe relevant tasks to handle the change or deviation
• Document and manage changes and deviations in our QMS system
You have team spirit and technical knowledge
As you will be working with an array of different functions within Ferrosan Medical Devices, it is important that you have excellent teamworking skills and are ready to help-out whenever needed.
That being said, you will also be assigned tasks that requires you to work on your own and without detailed instruction – which is why your ability to take initiative is a key trait in your professional toolbox.
Being responsible for many technical aspects regarding our suppliers and CMOs, you are able to present complex results to stakeholders with different levels of understanding.
Furthermore, you:
• Have an engineering background within machines, materials, pharmaceuticals or similar at a graduate level
• Are experienced in working with development and management of external business partners
• Can speak and write English and Danish on a corporate level
