We are around 350 employees of 30 different nationalities, and we have installed green energy projects for over 18 billion DKK since 2004.
As our new Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will work from our HQ in Søborg with a view over Copenhagen. Your position entails a solid interface to the other teams in the company and offers a variety of interesting tasks. You will have numerous opportunities to define and influence our policies and grow as a professional.

Areas of Responsibilities
- Build solid relationships with the finance and business organization globally for further developing, implementing, and maintaining the group transfer pricing policy
- Educate and train the finance and business organization to ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing rules
- Prepare and update transfer pricing documentation, master files, and local files, benchmark studies, intercompany agreements both in-house and together with external tax advisors
- Centrally perform and review transfer pricing computations and adjustments
- Support the group entities in transfer pricing audits and litigations
- Keeping up to date with transfer pricing related developments in legislation, case law, and local practice
Your Profile
- You have a master’s degree in tax, accounting, economics, or similar
- You have experience with transfer pricing from an international company, big 4 or the tax authorities
- You are a proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
- You are proficient in Danish and English
